During my stay, I appreciated the friendly service provided by the morning staff, particularly Saskia, whose warm demeanor made check-in feel welcoming. The hotel itself offers good value for money, with comfortable air-conditioned rooms and essential amenities such as free WiFi and a minibar, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. While the décor may evoke a youthful simplicity, the intimate atmosphere and the on-site restaurant provide just enough charm for a relaxed dining experience. The location allows for easy access to cultural highlights like the Gasthuys-Stedelijk Museum, making it suitable for history enthusiasts like myself seeking deeper connections to the local heritage. I did find the owner's attitude less than inviting, which slightly dampened the overall experience.
